Michael is a Vice President of Weatherford Partners.
Michael has over 10 years of experience in the private equity and investment banking industries, having made investments in over $3bn of debt and equity securities across the capital structure, and completed M&A, debt and equity financing transactions with more than $26bn in deal value. Prior to joining Weatherford Partners, Michael was a Vice President in Technology, Media & Telecommunications Investment Banking at Barclays, where he worked on complex M&A and strategic advisory transactions and debt and equity financing transactions for companies within the Telecommunications sector. Previously, Michael spent over eight years in investment banking and private equity, having worked in Consumer & Retail Investment Banking at Stifel, the M&A Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, a private equity fund focused on distressed investing at American Securities, where he made investments in public and private companies experiencing operational or financial stress or trading at discounted levels, and the M&A Group at Houlihan Lokey. Michael received an MBA degree, with distinction, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
